ARB’s 2020 HiLux accessories
Australian 4×4 accessory company ARB has released a range of products to suit the latest Toyota HiLux.
To protect the vehicle from wayward animal strikes, a new Summit bull bar has been matched to the Hilux’s upgraded front end. ARB says the bull bar is engineered and designed to complement the vehicle’s overall appearance and work with its safety features such as Toyota Safety Sense, airbag deployment and parking sensors.
Supplied with provision to fit a selection of winches; ARB, Bushranger and IPF driving lights; and two welded aerial brackets, the bar is finished in matte black powder coat with the option to be colour-coded.
With updated sensors on the vehicle, the ARB Commercial bull bar has also been redesigned and the Summit and Summit Raw rear step tow bars are in the process of redevelopment to suit the new model.
For those wanting to increase their payload, ARB has also released an applicable Old Man Emu GVM upgrade, taking the vehicle’s GVM from 3,150kg to 3,180kg for stage one or to 3,465kg in stage two. This upgrade includes Nitrocharger or BP-51 internal bypass shocks and springs. Included in the stage two GVM upgrade is a front axle upgrade from 1,480kg to 1,595kg.
ARB has confirmed fitment for a range of available vehicle-specific products including Summit side steps and side rails, all ARB canopies, Sportlid, Tailgate Assist, Ute Liner, Sportguard, Air Lockers, Recovery Points, UVP, Outback Solutions drawers, Frontier tank, Hayman Reese tow bars, Safari snorkels, and Old Man Emu suspension as well as ARB’s range of non-vehicle-specific products.
