Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, John Walker, said the sponsorship was an excellent fit for the company.

“We are pleased to officially announce our new major sponsorship of PremiAir Nulon Racing as part of today’s 2024 Supercars season launch for the team” he said.

“There is no doubt that this team is on an upward trajectory and has a very bright future, so we couldn’t be happier to be a part of that journey as a major partner.

“For the first time in 2024, our branding focus will also now include Isuzu Power Solutions, which is a steadily growing part of Isuzu’s overall business in Australia.

“PremiAir Nulon Racing is a relatively new name to Supercars, under the leadership of Peter Xiberras and his dedicated team, and they are making great strides already in an extremely competitive championship. It’s an exciting and enthusiastic new team who are shaking up the grid.”

Walker also said the partnership offered an opportunity to extend Isuzu Trucks’ Supercars Technician Reward Program, which allows service technicians from Isuzu dealerships around the country to work alongside the PremiAir Nulon pit crew at selected race weekends.

“This program has proven to be extremely valuable for all involved in the past, so I am very pleased that we can we’re expand this opportunity in 2024 with PremiAir Nulon Racing,” said Walker.

“We look forward to the competition on the track and the excitement of the season to come.”

Team owner, Peter Xiberras, said he was delighted to have Isuzu Australia onboard for 2024.

“Having Australia’s leading truck brand with us is a tremendous opportunity for the team as we move into the 2024 race year,” said Xiberras.

“Commercially, having Isuzu as one of our corporate backers brings enormous benefits in terms of business-to-business opportunities and brand recognition.

“On the racing side, we have continued to bring key people into the team, and we want to capitalise on this with strong performances on track this year.”
