Global CEO visits Dayco Australia

Dayco Chief Executive Officer, Craig Frohock and Chief Human Resources Officer, RJ Corning, made their first visit to Australia last December. Both senior Dayco executives took some time out of their meeting schedule to conduct an informal Q & A session with all Dayco Australia staff.

Following the open discussion, Frohock and Corning joined Dayco Australia Managing Director, Arnold Mouw, APAC Aftermarket, ANZ Sales Manager, James Barrett, and the entire Dayco Australia head office team for a classic Aussie BBQ.

“It was great to be able to meet and have open discussions with our Australian management and warehouse team and to thank them personally for the great work that they are doing across all areas of the business,” said Frohock.

Mouw said, “We were delighted to welcome our global CEO and HR Director to Melbourne, making themselves openly available to all our staff as well. They gained a detailed insight to our business in Australia, our customers and our plans for continued growth in the automotive aftermarket sector.”

In December Dayco Australia also celebrated another great year of continued growth and success with a Christmas gathering of all head office staff and special guests in Melbourne.

Showcasing one of the Dayco sponsored BRT Ford Mustang Supercars onsite, staff were able to sit inside the stunning Petronas Mustang, take photos and gain a closer understanding of the intricate engineering work that creates the world’s fastest touring cars.

BRT Co-Team Principal and 2023 Supercars endurance race driver, Tim Blanchard, was joined by BRT Super2 driver, Aaron Love, with Sandown 500 and Bathurst 1000 podium finisher, Porsche Carrera Cup racer and long term Dayco Ambassador, David Russell at the Dayco BBQ. All three special guests took part in fun and interesting interviews covering the year of motorsport just completed, their plans for the holidays and a look ahead to the 2024 season.

“Our staff Christmas gathering was a great opportunity to personally congratulate ‘Dayco Dave’ Russell on his outstanding 2023 endurance race results along with rookie Super2 racer Aaron Love becoming the first driver to win a race for BRT,” said Mouw.
