Narva wins Good Design Award
Narva’s EX2 Driving Lights and Light Bar range impressed the judges of this year’s Australian International Good Design Awards, with the lights winning the ‘Product Design – Commercial and Industrial’ category.
The Good Design Award jury praised Narva’s EX2 driving lights and light bar range, saying: The EX2 Driving Lights and Light Bar Range, designed by 4×4 enthusiasts, features high-end build quality and performance with customisation options and App-controlled coloured lighting. It stands out in a market flooded with similar products.
“The Jury recognises the EX2 Driving Lights and Light Bar Range for its robust design and innovative features. Its combination of durability, performance, and aesthetic customisation demonstrates a strong understanding of user needs and market differentiation.”
Narva senior brand manager, James Pearson, said the brand was thrilled to have secured another accolade in the Good design Award.
“As a brand, Narva is constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to provide our users with clever, high quality, lighting solutions,” said Pearson.
“While we have the utmost confidence in the capabilities of Narva product lines including the EX2 LED range, it’s reassuring to know that the independent judges of the Good Design Awards also agree, especially in the face of very strong competition.”
Pearson’s sentiments were echoed by Narva general manager – brand and marketing, Andy Nolan.
“Narva has always prided itself on the quality of its lighting output, as well as its longevity and reliability in the most demanding conditions. The EX2 range not only adheres to these product benefits but introduces unparalleled customisation options for owners, which has become an increasingly important buying consideration for many customers,” said Nolan.
“We’re really pleased that the EX2 range struck a chord with the Good Design Award jury – we’re buoyed by the recognition and are working hard to continuing bringing even more amazing products to market.”
The Good Design Awards honour design and innovation in Australia and celebrate the best new products and services in the market, recognising excellence in architectural design, engineering, fashion, digital and communication design.
As the winner of the Product Design category, the EX2 range was evaluated against a large competitive field by more than 80 Australian and international jurors, including designers, engineers, architects and thought leaders. Each entry was assessed according to a strict set of design evaluation criteria which included good design, design innovation and design impact.
