Burson store managers hit Las Vegas
Burson rewarded its top performing store managers by restarting its visits to Auto Week in Las Vegas. The auto parts supplier conducted the trips annually prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The managers visited two of the world’s largest automotive aftermarket industry trade fairs, SEMA Show and AAPEX. They also toured spare parts stores in Las Vegas and took a helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon.
Other highlights included specially themed dinner events each night and a night golf event. There was also a look at the Red Bull Formula 1 car performing high speed burnouts on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The managers also attended an NBA game in Los Angeles.
Burson Trade Executive General Manager, Steve Drummy, and other members of Burson/Bapcor senior management, also attended.
“This year’s visit to AAPEX and SEMA was a very productive one for the Burson Trade team,” said Drummy. “It [was also] a very exciting and enjoyable one for our top performing store managers.
“For some it was their first time overseas or first time visiting the USA, so we made sure it was as memorable an experience as possible for them with the help of some of our valued suppliers.”
Supporting suppliers were Bendix, Dayco, DBA, Penrite, Ryco, SGF, SWG and Wesfil.
