ATE Platinum Brake Centres launch across Australia
ATE Brakes is making its products more readily available via its newest sales and marking initiative – ATE Platinum Brake Centres.
Not a conventional retail chain, the ATE Platinum Brake Centre name is provided to workshops that train their technicians to ATE quality standards and exclusively stock and fit ATE products for their customers. There are 32 ATE Platinum Centres in Australia: nine in Victoria, eight in both New South Wales and Queensland, four in Western Australia, two in South Australia and one in Canberra.
The centres are all independently owned workshops operated by experts in the repair and maintenance of brake systems.
“An ATE Platinum Brake Centre is elevated above the standard ATE Brake Centre,” said Nick Redmond, the national sales and marketing manager of hsy Autoparts, the exclusive distributor of ATE Brakes in Australia.
“For a workshop to qualify as an ATE Platinum Brake Centre, not only does it need to exclusively supply and fit ATE product, but it has to present professionally and have technicians regularly involved in ATE specialty training.
“Presented by ATE engineers, the sessions introduce new products, the latest technical developments, installation tips and best practice servicing.
“This is part of ATE’s global commitment to its customers, it’s products and safety, and why ATE brakes are the first-choice brake for many vehicles.”
With a leaning towards the repair and maintenance of premium European car brands, ATE Platinum Brake Centres have a thorough understanding of a car’s hydraulic, clutch and sensor systems, and how the brakes work in conjunction with these technologies. The workshops also have the latest diagnostic tools to ensure a vehicle is maintained to a manufacturer’s specifications.
