Bridgestone claims Gold Quality Service Award
Australia’s Bridgestone Select network has won the Gold award for Independent Car Servicing in Reader’s Digest’s Quality Service Awards.
The annual awards are conducted by independent firm, Catalyst, using a sample of 2500 Australians surveyed across 35 categories. Consumers rate their experiences with retailers across five key criteria: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction, and consistency.
The victory caps off a year of accolades for the network, adding to its back-to-back victory in Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers awards, unprecedented ninth win of Reader’s Digest’s Most Trusted Tyre Brand status, and Silver Quality Service award in the Tyre Retailer category.
Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand Managing Director, Heath Barclay, said the Gold award in the Independent Car Servicing category showcases the trust consumers have in Bridgestone and its stores for more than just tyres.
“Bridgestone is trusted for its range of quality tyres and our service and this award highlights that this trust extends to our expert mechanical service as well,” said Barclay.
“As the automotive industry continues to evolve and emerging technologies become more prevalent, we know that customers will continue to turn to suppliers that they know and trust, and that’s why delivering a seamless customer experience is so important.
“Our future as a sustainable solutions company goes beyond just tyres, and a core part of this is delivering on the individual needs of customers. It’s one of the ways Bridgestone will continue to provide value to our customers,” he added.
