GSR variant joins 22MY Pajero Sport line-up
Available in dealerships from this month, the 22MY Mitsubishi Pajero Sport offers an updated model line-up, giving customers more variety to suit their needs.
Sitting at the top of the range, the new GSR 4WD model features black exterior and interior accents, with matching black 18-inch alloy wheels, front and rear bumper garnish, radiator grille and roof rails. GSR is exclusively available in two colours – Black Mica and White Diamond, the latter also featuring a black roof.
Like other Pajero Sport 4WD models, GSR comes with Mitsubishi’s Super Select II 4WD system, featuring all-terrain capability for ultimate driving performance in all conditions. This advanced system has four drive modes: 2WD High Range, Full Time 4WD and High and Low Range 4WD with locked centre differential. Four Off-Road modes are available: gravel, mud/snow, sand and rock. Mitsubishi said the systems deliver optimal traction and stability across the most challenging terrains.
The 22MY model line-up also features two new 2WD models, starting with the entry GLX grade, followed by GLS. Like the 4WD variants, the 2WD Pajero Sport models are powered by a 2.4-litre MIVEC turbocharged diesel engine and use the same body-on-frame configuration. Key standard features include forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control for added safety, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 8-inch touchscreen audio for on the move entertainment, driver’s seat with electric lumbar adjustment and climate control for greater comfort in the cabin.
