Canstar Blue has declared Bridgestone customers as the most satisfied in its annual rankings. The tyre manufacturer and retailer was named as one of the top performers in the Car Tyre Retailer category, with Australian motorists giving five-stars across three of the six core criteria: Overall Satisfaction, Quality of Tyres, and Value for Money, and four stars in the remaining categories: advice by staff, customer service and range of tyres.
Bridgestone Australia Director of Sales, Heath Barclay, said the accolade is recognition of the collective effort undertaken across the network, particularly over the past 12 months.
“Our Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Service Centre store owners take great pride in representing the Bridgestone brand, and this is reflected in their service delivery. We’re honoured to be recognised by motorists for customer satisfaction because it showcases the incredible commitment from our entire network to exceed expectations,” said Barclay.

Bridgestone was also named ‘Australia’s Most Trusted Tyre Brand’ for eight consecutive years in the annual Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey, and the only recipient since the tyres category was introduced.
